    Your Z-Wave device should be within 1-5 feet of the main panel when being learned. Afterward, it can be moved 10-25 feet away for normal function.

    Remove the siren from the z-wave network, and then perform a self test by holding the program button for 2+ seconds. If no alarm sounds, chat with technical support for further assistance.

  • How can I increase the range of my Z-Wave Device?

    Any Z-Wave device that is not battery powered can act as a repeater for other Z-Wave devices on your network, which will extend your range. When your devices have been installed, choose "Rediscover Network" from your app, under settings. This will allow your system to discover the best signal route for all of your equipment.
